Builder. Visionary. Community maker.
Why ExhaleHer Exists
There was a season when everything Ayana built, she built alone. And while independence is powerful — she learned the hard way that elevation requires community. A difficult partnership left her drained, burned out, her nervous system barely holding. Eventually, she shut down.
Then January came. A reconnection with her childhood best friend — someone she'd known since age 13 — became the turning point. Together, they built websites for four businesses: a medical courier company, an extended stay property, and a nonprofit offering scholarships to teen mothers at the very high school they both attended… as teen mothers themselves.
"In supporting her, I realized something: I was giving her what I once desperately needed for myself."
That realization became ExhaleHer — a space designed not to talk about burnout prevention, but to actually build against it. A home for founders who are overwhelmed, under-supported, and carrying more than anyone should carry alone.
